Our Summer Passport Party is Sunday September 29, 2019 at 10am-6pm location is American Legion Post 250 10950 DIP Theodore AL 36582 We are looking for Vendors and Food Trucks for our event. Attached is the vendor registration sheet. We are looking for all types of vendors from vap shops, leather shops, candles, crafts and more. Deadline for vendor applications is September 14, 2019 We hope to hear from you soon!
Fee is $50.00 for a 10×10 spot for Artisan and Retail Vendors.
Fee for Community Organizations is $25.00. (10×10 spot)
Fee for Food Vendors/Trucks is $75.00
Fees can be paid with money orders or checks made out to Riders 4 Riders. Please remit payment and application 2 weeks prior to event to our address or a Riders 4 Riders board member.
Vendor must provide their own tents and tables.
Riders 4 Riders or Business providing event location is not responsible for any damage or theft of property.
Electricity is not available at all sites. Please let us know if you require electricity so that we may make accommodations ahead of time if available.
Riders 4 Riders reserves the right to refuse any vendor from participating
